A male driver trying to run away from a traffic stop was struck by a car and transported to a hospital Sunday night, according to Forest Park police.
The incident happened at Hamilton Avenue and Waycross Road, they said.
Officers first tased the man to try to stop him from fleeing, but that was ineffective, police said.
The man’s injuries were not life-threatening and he was transported to University of Cincinnati Hospital, police said.
An officer said the driver did not have a license, but the officer didn't know if that was his only reason for running.
