CINCINNATI -- A man was killed in the West End late Saturday, the city's second fatal shooting of the day.

Officers were called to the Stanley Rowe Tower apartments at about 11 p.m. They found Monroe Turner, 44, dead.

Police have no information about his killer.

Earlier Saturday, 40-year-old Kenneth Ridener was shot in the head in the city's Clifton Heights neighborhood. Robert Williams, 28, was arrested and charged with murder in that shooting, according to the Cincinnati Police Department.
