HAMILTON COUNTY, Ohio -- A corrections officer's uniform was stolen from the county jail, according to a press release from the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.
The stolen uniform is a black BDU fatigue-style uniform. It has sheriff's shoulder patches, a sewn-on sheriff's star with the words "Hamilton County Sheriff" circling the star.
The uniform was taken from a vehicle at the Justice Center, the press release said.
Officials said no weapons or equipment were taken with the uniform.
