RECAP: Expert witnesses testify in Day 3 of Ray Tensing trial

<p>Thurs., Nov. 3, 2016: Expert video analyst Greg Fredericks of Forensic Video Solutions goes through millisecond intervals of footage from the bodycam Ray Tensing was wearing when he shot and killed Sam DuBose. The Enquirer/Cara Owsley Ray Tensing, former University of Cincinnati police officer, walks into the courtroom of Common Pleas Judge Megan Shanahan. Tensing is charged with murdering Sam DuBose during a routine traffic stop on July 19, 2015. Tensing's lawyer, Stew Mathews, has said Tensing fired a single shot because he feared for his life.</p>
