CINCINNATI -- A Cincinnati man is facing charges of sex crimes in Ohio and Kentucky after authorities said he had sexual contact with at least two children under 13.
Nicholas White, 29, admitted online that he had sexual conduct with one child under 13, according to court records. Investigators said he also inappropriately touched another underage victim.
White is currently being held in the Hamilton County Justice Center on charges of rape and sexual imposition. A judge set his bond at $1.5 million Thursday.
Kentucky Attorney General Andy Beshear announced Thursday that White is also facing charges in Kentucky. A Franklin County grand jury indicted White on three counts of unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sex acts.
White will no longer have access to the children, according to Beshear.
