Police in Clermont County Wednesday arrested a robbery suspect whose distinctive facial tattoo made him hard to miss.
According to a Facebook post from the Adams County Sheriff’s Office, Anthony Ward -- also known as Popeye -- "has felony warrants through Brown County" and was wanted for questioning in connection to several cases of breaking and entering.
