CINCINNATI — A 15-year-old boy stands charged with murder in the shooting death of another teenager, police announced Monday night.
Officers arrested the suspect Monday in connection to the death of 15-year-old Kesean Banks, who was shot to death Sept. 8 on Reading Road.
The midafternoon attack left Banks dead and an adult man wounded.
