Three Bengals coaches will miss Sunday’s game against the Washington Football Team due to “COVID-related reasons,” a phrase for which the team provided no explanation or definition in its Friday afternoon news release.

Wide receivers coach Bob Bicknell, secondary/cornerbacks coach Steve Jackson and secondary/safeties coach Robert Livingston will be replaced by wide receivers coach Troy Walters, defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo and defensive quality control coach Jordan Kovacs, respectively.

The teams will meet in Washington and play without in-person spectators.

The Bengals enter the match-up with a season record of 2-6-1; the Washington Football team’s record is 2-7.
