Holy Cross District High School in Covington is closed on Monday, and staff plan to have a "non-traditional instruction day" on Tuesday, according to officials with the Diocese of Covington. This will give staff members the chance to sanitize and clean the school, as well as to review seating arrangements and begin contact tracing to make sure other students and staff members are safe.

Only one student tested positive for COVID-19 over the weekend, and that student has since been isolated, according to officials.
