There's so much to celebrate about the revitalization of Cincinnati's urban core. But with all the development, there was one big thing that was missing.
What was it, you ask? Another professional sports stadium? Nope. Reliable, useful, revenue-creating public transportation? Bah!
No, what the urban core was missing was a Frisch's Big Boy.
After 14 long, dark years, Frisch's is coming back to Downtown. The only news bigger than this would be if Frisch's returned Coca-Cola to its menu. (Personal note to Frisch's management: PLEASE BRING BACK COKE!)
Still, every neighborhood in Cincinnati needs quick and easy access to a Big Boy, fries and tartar sauce. Much like having a Skyline Chili or two, it's the sure sign of a prosperous neighborhood. Downtown, you've finally arrived.
