CINCINNATI — Chris Hatting is stocking up on supplies at Hatting's Supermarket as another major snowstorm approaches Cincinnati.
On the shelves: 300 pounds of rock salt, which he knows will be among the first products to sell out, and extra beer.
Behind the counters: More staff to handle what he expects will be a weekend and Monday rush.
“Extra staff understands what happens when it snows,” he said.
Hatting added his small grocery will enforce its COVID-19 capacity limit of 60 despite the expected influx of customers before the storm.
