Are you having trouble accessing Facebook posts? You are not alone.

According to CNET, Facebook and its sister site Instagram have been having problems since 9 a.m. Wednesday. The site Down Detector reports issues all over the world.

Some users are reporting problems accessing their page, which instead displays a message saying "something went wrong." Others say they can see their page but are unable post status updates or photos.

The outage appears to be scattered, however, and not as widespread as the November 2018 outage that knocked the site down for nearly an hour.

Facebook has tweeted that it is aware of the problem and is working on it. It says it is not a denial of service attack but rather a technical issue.

"We're focused on working to resolve the issue as soon as possible, but can confirm that the issue is not related to a DDoS attack," the company said in a tweet.
