Even before the holiday push for seasonal workers, Kentucky's unemployment numbers are falling, and there are still plenty of companies looking to hire workers for help in the upcoming months.

Spectrum is holding a virtual job fair today where they are looking to hire customer service representatives for their Blue Ash facility. The company has about 100 open positions which pay around $16.50 an hour plus benefits. You can learn more about the job fair here.

Kroger is also preparing for a busier holiday season, and they are hoping to hire about 2,000 employees.

Home Depot is trying to hire for about 210 retail positions, and CarMax needs about 35 employees, from mechanics to sales associates, to help out in the coming months.

There could also be a push in the coming weeks for more UPS and Amazon delivery drivers as holiday shopping ramps up.
