CINCINNATI -- If you're in the market for a new job, you may be in luck.
Kroger announced it's hiring 300 associates across its 109 Cincinnati/Dayton division stores.
The company said its store clerks have minimum starting rates of $10 per hour. Deli and bakery clerks and pharmacy technicians have starting rates of $11 per hour and third-shift staff start at $12 per hour.
Kroger will hold a regional hiring event from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 21 at all its Cincinnati/Dayton division stores. Anyone interested can also apply online at jobs.kroger.com before the event.
In a news release announcing the hiring event, Kroger touted its benefits available to employees, including new educational and retirement benefits it announced earlier this year, as well as discounts and other perks.
