MASON, Ohio — Want to work at Kings Island, but live far away?

The amusement park is building dormitories for employees who live 25 miles or more away. Kings Island's "One Team Village" will house up to 400 associates for $65 per week, according to a news release.

The "One Team Village" dorms include a recreation center with TVs, convenience store, free Wi-Fi, 24/7 security, a community kitchen space and more, according to Kings Island's news release.

Any park associates 18 or older are eligible. Priority will be given to those with a permanent address 25 miles or more away. Space will be given first come, first served.

Of course, people who already live in the Tri-State are also eligible for Kings Island jobs. The amusement park is holding a job fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23. They said more than 5,000 positions are available, including rides, food and beverage, admissions, call center, entertainment, finance, fire and safety, guest services, lifeguards, merchandise, park services, security and warehouse jobs.
