The Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan Annual Election Period began Oct. 15, and with so many options, it can be a very confusing time for many veterans ages 65 and older or living with disabilities. Beneficiaries have until the Dec. 7 deadline to decide whether to re-up their current plan for 2024 or pick a new one, and a new study suggests the struggle to understand the plans is real.
