MIDDLETOWN, Ohio — A 25-year-old man is charged with murder after a person was shot and killed in Middletown Thursday night.
Middletown police arrested Dylan J. Busam Friday afternoon, less than one day after officers found a man lying on the ground, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds at around 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
Police said they responded to the 3700 block of Lacy Court after receiving a report of a person lying on the ground. When they arrived, they found a man who had been shot multiple times. That man, identified by the coroner as Mykael Callahan, was taken to Atrium Medical Center where he later died.
Busam is charged with murder and aggravated robbery. Police said he remains at the Middletown City Jail ahead of his court appearance.
