Based on Halloween weather forecasts, Tri-State trick-or-treaters may get a bit of a trick this year.
The Buzz Lightyears, Princess Jasmines and other costumed kids may want to don jackets and umbrellas in their pursuit of sweet treats.
For those ready to brave potentially frightful weather, here are the times area communities will hold their trick-or-treating.
