Corkopolis' anniversary and holiday celebration

Find the perfect bottle of wine for the holidays while helping the staff of Corkopolis celebrate the market and bar's first year in business. There will be a grand tasting of more than 30 high-end wines and hors d'oeuvres. Space is limited for the event.

What’s Going On: Life, Love and Social Justice

The Contemporary Dance Theater will present the Dance Place's tribute to Marvin Gaye, "What’s Going On: Life, Love and Social Justice," at the Aronoff Center for the Arts. The tribute blends modern, jazz and West African dance styles to share the story of Gaye through his music in the 1960s and 1970s.

Taste of Bellevue Fall Festival

Shop local during the Taste of Bellevue Fall Festival on Friday. There will be live music, food and craft beer by Darkness Brewing during the event. Bring a non-perishable food item for a chance to win a $250 shopping spree. The food will be donated to the St. Bernard Food Pantry in Dayton, Kentucky.

The Storm that Built Music Hall

Learn the history behind Cincinnati Music Hall this weekend. The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and the May Festival Chorus will perform music that a storm interrupted in 1875, inspiring Reuben Springer to raise funds for the hall's construction. Expect to hear Bach’s "Magnificat" and Brahms’ "Triumphlied."

Northside Distilling Co. bourbon release party

Take the chill out of the cool fall temperatures with Northside Distilling Co.'s release of its first batch of craft bourbon. The distillery will host a party Saturday with live music and food to celebrate the release of 500 bottles.

Fretboard Brewing Co. Grand Opening

Five bands, Smoked Out Cincy food and (of course) craft beer will take center stage at Fretboard Brewing Co.'s grand opening on Saturday. The Blue Ash brewery will feature five of its beers on tap while C Duo, Matt Waters, Mike & Sean of the Tillers, the Cliftones and the Almighty Get Down play throughout the day.

The Great Ohio Brew N' Que 

Come hungry to Fifty West Brewing Co.'s Great Ohio Brew N' Que on Saturday. The event is a collaboration between the local brewery and Cleveland's Great Lakes Brewing Co. Sample a variety of wings, beef brisket, pulled pork, pork belly and sides from the event's barbecue buffet. Desserts will include 50 West brownies and Great Lakes' signature bread pudding. There also will be 10 Fifty West and 10 Great Lakes beers on tap, plus a special beer collaboration between the two.

Kolping Society Harvest Fest

The Kolping Society of Cincinnati's inaugural Harvest Fest will feature Honey Hill Farm's petting zoo, a kids' area, food, drinks and live music by Buffalo Wabs & the Price Hill Hustle. The Kolping Schnapps Cart also will feature artisanal Kentucky bourbons throughout the day.
