'Dancing With The Stars: Live!'

I may have two left feet, but that doesn't mean I don't appreciate those who actually can dance. "Dancing with the Stars: Live!" will showcase salsa, waltzes and group numbers, plus original choreography by Mandy Moore, on Thursday at the Taft Theatre. Don't miss your chance to see some of your favorite performers from the hit ABC television show.

8 p.m. Thursday. Taft Theatre, 317 E. Fifth St., Downtown. $49.50-$76.50. tafttheatre.org

Lady in Red

Dressing in red will never go out of style. Nor will enjoying an evening of fashion and entertainment for a good cause. Cincy Chic will host Lady in Red, its annual fundraiser for the American Heart Association's "Go Red for Women" campaign, on Friday at the Kenwood Town Center Macy's store. There will be a fashion show, photo booth, drinks, light bites and a 20 percent storewide discount during the evening.

6-10 p.m. Friday. Macy's, 7875 Montgomery Road, Kenwood. $25 VIP; $15 general admission. For more information visit the event Facebook page.

Cincy Winter Beerfest

Craft beer lovers, rejoice. The Cincy Winter Beerfest will return this weekend to the Duke Energy Convention Center. There will be hundreds of craft beers to sample from more than 150 breweries during any of the festival's three tasting sessions. Designated drivers (always a good idea) can get in for $20 with the advanced purchase of a special ticket online.

7:30-11 p.m. Friday; 1-4:30 p.m. and 7:30-11 p.m. Saturday. Duke Energy Convention Center, 525 Elm St., Downtown. $45 advance; $55 at the door. cincybeerfest.com

Cincy Winter Blues & Heritage Fest

If brews aren't your thing, how about the blues? The Cincy Blues Society will hold its annual winter blues and heritage festival this weekend at Duke Energy Convention Center, too. Dozens of musicians will perform, including Samantha Fish, Tinsley Ellis, Noah Hunt and Jane Lee Hooker.

6:15 p.m.-midnight Friday; 6 p.m.-midnight Saturday. Duke Energy Convention Center, 525 Elm St., Downtown. $25 for single-day or $45 for a two-day pass. For more information visit the event Facebook page.

Braxton & Graeter's Black Raspberry Chip Stout Tapping Party

It's back ... and this time it has more black raspberry. People lined up around the block when Braxton Brewing released its first beer collaboration with Graeter's Ice Cream last year. Braxton promises this year's stout will deliver more of what people wanted in last year's stout: Graeter's pure black raspberry puree. The brewery will celebrate the beer's return with live music and a food truck before distributing the beer in cans to retailers on Tuesday.

Noon-1 a.m. Saturday. Braxton Brewing Co., 27 W. Seventh St., Covington. For more information visit the event Facebook page.

Radio Artifact Fundraiser

Support local music on Saturday at Urban Artifact. Paper Doll Scissor Fight, Go Go Buffalo, Lipstick Fiction, Fycus, Fritz Paps, Grave Clothes and Juan Cosby & Friends will perform at an all-ages show. Organizers will accept donations at the door to support Radio Artifact, a station that features local independent music and programming.

8 p.m.-1 a.m. Saturday. Urban Artifact, 1660 Blue Rock St., Northside. For more information visit the event Facebook page

Kathleen Madigan: The Boxed Wine and Bigfoot Tour

As someone who watches a lot of stand-up, I find Kathleen Madigan to be one of the funniest comedians around. She is also one of the hardest-working entertainers -- she tours 250 nights a year. Madigan has appeared on "The Tonight Show" 25 times, filmed multiple specials and laughed it up with Jerry Seinfeld as a guest on his "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee" show.

Doors open at 7 p.m. Saturday. Taft Theatre, 317 E. Fifth St., Downtown. $32.50. tafttheatre.org

Gin and Juice Party

The Northside Distilling Co. is hosting a fun event to launch its latest product, gin. The craft distillery is partnering with Off the Vine Juice Bar to offer some fantastic (and healthy?) gin and juice cocktails this Saturday.

7 p.m.-midnight Saturday. Northside Distilling Co., 922 Race St., Downtown. For more information visit the event Facebook page.

Bonus: Super Bowl LII parties

Even though I am not really invested in this year's Super Bowl, I still like gathering with friends to watch the commercials, drink beer and eat bar food.
