CINCINNATI — The latest E+O concept from Rodelio Aglibot, “The Food Buddha,” is open and accepting reservations.
E+O New Asian offers "authentic Asian flavors by utilizing fresh and local ingredients in a modern environment," according to a press release. The new eatery is located at 645 Walnut St., Downtown.
New Asian's menu features sushi rolls made with purple rice, topped with citrus zest, and entrees such as glazed baby back ribs and a grilled Angus ribeye that harness Korean flavors like Gochujang, a hot pepper paste made from red chili, glutinous rice, fermented soybeans and salt.
Aglibot opened his first local E+O concept restaurant, E+O Kitchen, at 3520 Edwards Rd. in Hyde Park in November 2015.
