CINCINNATI — March First Brewing promises a perfect blend of harmony when people sample the special edition cider it created for The May Festival.
"When The May Festival approached us to see if we were interested in collaborating with them on an official cider for their concert series we were honored," said Josh Engel, a representative of March First Brewing in a press release. "To say that we are excited to work with some super talented people is simply an understatement."
The Sycamore Township-based brewery's peach and apricot May Festival Cider will be available for purchase at Music Hall during the May Festival series of concerts starting Friday through May 25. The cider will also be available at March First's taproom, located at 7885 Kemper Road and at select retailers.
"We think our peach apricot cider will compliment the sounds and ideas that The May Festival brings very nicely," Engel said. "We’re eager for everyone to try it."
The May Festival is an annual two-week choral festival that celebrates the intimate beauty of the human voice through a variety of performances hosted at Music Hall.
March First Brewing opened as one of Greater Cincinnati's first combined brewery, cidery and distillery on March 1, 2016.
