CINCINNATI — Spring is officially here! With the new season beginning, there are more and more events popping up each weekend in the Tri-State as we inch toward summer. Here are the top 9 things to do in the Tri-State this weekend:
HorrorHound Weekend
Though it's not October, it's time to get spooky at the Sharonville Convention Center's HorrorHound Weekend. The convention features tons of horror and sci-fi movie celebrities, panels, Q&As and even screenings for new horror films.
While a majority of the weekend is already sold out for the popular convention, you can still purchase tickets for Friday's events here.

Greater Cincinnati Orchid Society Show
For flower lovers around the Tri-State, the Greater Cincinnati Orchid Society is hosting its spring show on Sunday. The show will include talks and tours detailing orchids, an event where you can re-pot a plant of your own, a kids educational area with activities and more. There will, of course, be orchids to purchase as well.
Tickets to enter the spring show are $5 and can be purchased at the door.

Trans Day of Visibility 2023
Multiple organizations, including the Human Rights Campaign's local chapter, Cincinnati Public Library and more, will be celebrating International Trans Day of Visibility early this year with an event Saturday. The event will allow attendees to make their own Trans Day of Visibility pin, listen to a panel of community leaders and enjoy refreshments at the free event.

Queen City Artisan Festival
Celebrating small businesses, pets and March Madness, Queen City Lemonade is hosting its monthly artisan festival this weekend in Washington Park. The free event will have various vendors and booths for attendees to shop from, and they'll also be able to enjoy a drink or two courtesy of The Porch at Washington Park.

Beer + Yoga
It's time to find your inner chi while sipping a cold beer. BrewDog's Cincinnati location in Pendleton is hosting a Beer + Yoga session Sunday, and the best thing yet — the whole yoga class is free. The class is taught by BrewDog's resident yogi Tara, and the class is open for everyone practicing at any level of yoga. Those attending are asked to bring their own mat and some water, and then they're encouraged to stay for lunch and a "beermosa."

Life-Size Candyland
For for everyone in the family, the Kenton County Public Library is hosting life-sized Candyland this Saturday. You'll be able to travel through the candy cane forest, gumdrop mountain and more as you search for King Kandy. The life-sized game is kicking off this weekend at the library and then will be available to play throughout the following week.

Miley Cyrus Drag Brunch
Following the March release of Miley Cyrus' latest album, there's no better time for a drag brunch centered around the music star. The brunch will feature PH Dee, Nala Jones, Chastity Marie and Eris Jolie performing an array of Cyrus' hits to enjoy while you're eating.
For those interested, tickets range in price and can be purchased here. While tickets include entry to the drag show, brunch is sold separately through the restaurant, and is $25 per person or $15 for those 12 and under.

TAILent Show
Thing your dog is the most talented in the Tri-State? Well, then Big Ash Brewing's TAILent Show is perfect for you. The brewery's talent show is looking for dogs with hidden talents, crazy tricks or whatever else they want to show off with their owner. Judges will be picking their favorite pooches throughout the day.
Other than the talent show, the event will have some vendors selling pet accessories, treats and more.

Women's History Month Art Exhibit
Arts OTA is celebrating Women's History Month by celebrating art. There will be multiple artists and vendors at the art-themed bar, which challenges guests to ask themselves "what is art?," according to the bar's website. All of the art at this month's exhibit will showcase women artists and artworks.
