COVINGTON, KY — The husband and wife owners of Bouquet Restaurant have shared renderings of a new restaurant they plan to open in Covington by year’s end.

Chef Stephen Williams and Jessica Williams shared sketches of the interior space of Spoon Kitchen & Market on Bouquet’s Instagram account.

Spoon will open on the first floor of RiverHaus, a new $50 million mixed-use, luxury apartment development. RiverHaus is currently under construction in Mainstrasse Village near Bouquet, which is located at 519 Main St. in Covington.

The Williams describe their latest culinary venture as a fast-casual sister to Bouquet.

Spoon will offer "coffee and espresso drinks, fresh pressed juices and smoothies, locally sourced groceries, beer and wine by the glass, in addition to retail bottles, affordable breakfast and lunch options, a large selection of cheese and charcuterie, as well as ample space for conference or private events, according to a post by Flaherty & Collins, the property company managing RiverHaus.

RiverHaus will include 192 luxury market rate apartment homes once open. Spoon will fill all 3,100 square-feet of retail space on the development’s first floor.
