Event promises most local breweries ever

Posted

CINCINNATI – An upcoming event is claiming to be tapping beers from more Greater Cincinnati breweries than any since prohibition, if not ever.

“Local Local Local 7” is, not surprisingly, a celebration of all things local, especially beer, art and music, according to its press release. The event, at Arnold’s Bar and Grill Jan. 16, will feature beers from 20 breweries within 60 miles, a mini craft market with local artisans and music from Buffalo Wabs and the Price Hill Hustle.

"Local Local Local has really grown into something special over the last 7 years,” Chris Breeden of Arnold’s said. “We are both honored and excited to be able to bring in so many awesome local brewers, musicians and artists under our roof at one time.”

The 20 breweries won’t be bringing more local beers than have ever been tapped in Cincinnati, but it will be the most breweries ever represented at once in Cincinnati, according to event organizers. Here’s the full list of confirmed breweries:

Christian Moerlein, Listermann’s, Rivertown, Blank Slate, Braxton, Urban Artifact, Rhinegeist, Madtree, Mt Carmel, Bad Tom Smith, Old Firehouse, 50 West, Cellar Dweller, Triple Digit, Warped Wing, Ei8ht Ball, Paradise Brewing, Wiedemann, Tap and Screw Brewery Fibonacci and Dogberry Brewing.
