See inside Fairfax's Karrikin Spirits Co. before its grand opening

Karrikin Spirit Co. will host its grand opening Friday at 3717 Jonlen Drive in the village of Fairfax. Karrikin will boast a menu of drink and food made from scratch in-house. Those items include cocktails made with spirits distilled on-site, along with craft beers and non-alcoholic sodas brewed there as well. Former Metropole executive chef Jared Bennett will oversee the scratch food kitchen, which will produce New American cuisine from locally sourced ingredients.
