The new Keystone's Mac Shack in Green Township can seat 48 people and has an additional six tables outside. New Keystone food options on the menu include two vegan and gluten-free bowls and a third gluten-free bowl. The Green Township restaurant also added alcohol sales, broccoli and cauliflower sides compared to the original Mac Shack that opened in Clifton in 2017. The new restaurant is located at 5655 Harrison Ave. and will host its grand opening starting at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 22.
The Green Township Mac Shack is putting a new spin on some of Keystone's classic macaroni and cheese dishes. The location is adding crisp bacon strips and a garlic aioli sauce to its Pink Floyd. The Pink Floyd is made with bacon crumbles and fresh sauteed onions.
