CINCINNATI — There's another movie gearing up to shoot in Cincinnati.
Todd Haynes, the director behind "Carol," which also was shot in Cincinnati, will return to the Queen City to work on a new film titled "Dry Run" with Participant Media.
The film, which will star Mark Ruffalo, will center around the true story of a corporate defense lawyer who took on the chemical company DuPont. The movie will cover the story of a rural farmer's lawsuit against DuPont, after he suspected the chemical plant's landfill was responsible for killing his livestock. Lawyer Robert Bilott took on the lawsuit, which eventually became an explosive battle over chemical pollution, bringing to light a decades-long cover-up of pollution by DuPont.
