Unless you’re one of those total weirdos who doesn’t drink coffee, I’m willing to bet you spend at least 17 cents a day on your caffeine habit.
Even if you just buy a can of classic roast every couple weeks at the grocery store and brew it in your own coffee maker every morning, it’s probably going to cost you at least that much.
Meanwhile, if you buy coffee every day at a cafe — even if it’s the one at your nearest gas station — you’re definitely spending more than that.
Burger King has a new subscription program that will get you coffee every day for just $5 a month, which averages out to about 16.4 cents per day for the year.

The program is easy to sign up for but requires you to have the Burger King app on your phone, which is free to download. Once you have the app, use the offers tab to sign up for the new BK Café Coffee subscription.
Once you’ve done that, you’ll be eligible for one 12-ounce hot coffee each day at Burger King. The same size coffee sells for $1 at Burger King normally, so it’s a great deal, provided you use the service regularly.
In promotional materials for the new service, Burger King boasts that you’ll pay as much for a month of coffee as you would for a single large cappuccino at Starbucks.
It’s a bummer that you aren’t able to get any specialty coffees with the subscription but this deal is perfect for people who just need a simple cup of coffee every day to get going.
And, given the fact that Burger King has a drive-through window, you won’t have to waste time parking, standing in line and waiting for your complicated drink to be crafted.
If subscription services are something you just can’t get enough of, you can also try QVC’s new beauty product subscription and, if you’re looking for more entertainment, Disney’s new streaming service, Disney+, is launching in November.
