CINCINNATI -- Cincinnati City Manager Harry Black said in a statement the city "typically plans for the worst and hopes for the best" when it comes to inclimate winter weather.
With light snow forecasted from Friday night through Saturday afternoon, road crews began treating roads with brine on Wednesday and will break out the salt when needed.
