CINCINNATI -- Parts of Columbia Parkway were temporarily closed Wednesday morning due to flooding caused by heavy rain overnight.
The parkway was closed in both directions near the colloquial ‘Dead Man’s Curve’ in Columbia-Tusculum after high water disabled a vehicle, Cincinnati police said. The area has since reopened.
