CINCINNATI -- Traffic is once again moving after a seven-vehicle crash and car fire blocked lanes temporarily on northbound I-75 north of Towne Street near the Northern Lateral.
The left two lanes were closed as emergency personnel responded to the incident. With only one lane moving, traffic backed up to the interchange with I-74.
