CINCINNATI — An arrest was made Saturday in a Bond Hill homicide from November, according to the Cincinnati Police Department.

Frank Williams, 25, was charged with the shooting-death of Robert Thomas.

Police said Thomas was found in a yard in the 1500 block of California Avenue after 1 p.m. on Nov. 24, but they think he was shot a block away at Anita and Reading. Thomas was transported to University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he died.

Williams was arraigned Sunday in the Hamilton County Justice Center on charges of murder, having weapons while under disability and discharging a firearm from a motor vehicle. Police say the murder charge is not related to the other charges. He is being held in the Justice Center on a $751,000 bond.
