TAYLOR MILL, Ky. -- The Taylor Mill Police Department asked Friday for public assistance locating a man who may have information about the “suspicious” death of his ex-girlfriend.
Family members discovered Trina Coleman, 34, not breathing in her Lakeview Apartment complex Wednesday. Emergency responders found Coleman dead at the scene, and a subsequent autopsy by the Kentucky Medical Examiner determined that her death was a homicide, according to a news release.
Police said Friday that Coleman’s ex-boyfriend, Lamont Brandon Johnson, pictured above, may have been the last person to see her alive.
“Investigators would like to speak with Johnson to gain any information he may have about Coleman to further assist in determining a timeline of events," Taylor Mill police chief Steve Knauf said in a news release.
Johnson has not been charged with a crime in connection with Coleman’s death, but does have an active felony warrant for fleeing police in August, authorities said.
Police encouraged anyone who sees Johnson to call 911 and anyone with information on his location to contact Taylor Mill Police at 859-356-3191.
