COVINGTON, Ky. -- A house that was in the process of being renovated Tuesday afternoon was a total loss by midnight the same day, according to Covington authorities.
Firefighters said they responded to reports of a house fire on 34th Street around 11:19 p.m. and arrived to find a vacant home fully engulfed. No one was injured in the fire, but the flames scorched the siding of a neighboring house.
Investigators are working to determine the source of the fire.
