SHARONVILLE, Ohio -- Police now say they believe alcohol was a factor in Tuesday's early morning wrong-way crash in Sharonville.
Kayla Chenault, 23, was driving the wrong way on I-275 EB at Mosteller Road when she struck a white box truck at around 2:45 a.m., Sharonville police said Tuesday morning.
Both Chenault and the box truck driver, 38-year-old Derrick Beverly, were injured in the crash and taken to University Hospital. Chenault was air-lifted to the hospital and was initially in critical condition; both drivers are now stable, police said.
