CINCINNATI -- Ever since she was born, I've thought of Fiona as a little ballerina.
You can thank "Fantasia" for that:
Our girl wasn't so graceful just a few months ago, taking her first steps and a little unsure of herself in a kiddie pool.
Now that she's grown larger, the Cincinnati Zoo says she's spending more time in the adult pools and getting comfortable with deeper water:
"She porpoises, pushing off the bottom like a torpedo, up and down across the length of both pools and attempts water acrobatics. She has also figured out that she can keep her nostrils above water if she stands on her back legs, so you can see her walking upright at times."
Right now, she's in a pool about 3 feet deep; by the end of the week, it'll be at 4 feet. Her caretakers will keep raising the water until they think she's ready to take a tip in the big outdoor pool, which is 8 to 9 feet deep.

Fiona looks like she's standing on her tippy-toes, like you might see in ballet.
So, we've set her little dance to a piece from "Swan Lake."
Enjoy!
