LAFOLLETTE, Tenn. — The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency announced Saturday on social media that the body of 24-year-old Kevin Beyersdofer of Cincinnati was found in Norris Lake at Cedar Creek Bridge.
According to the TWRA, Beyersdofer jumped into the lake near the Cedar Creek Bridge Friday afternoon from the top deck of a pontoon boat, but never resurfaced.
The agency says rescue team divers recovered the body after it was located by side-scan sonar and verified using a remote-operated vehicle.
