CINCINNATI -- The family of a man found unresponsive last week has come forward to identify him, Lt. Steve Saunders said Monday.
Police found the man naked and unconscious at 3:30 a.m. Wednesday near Jack Casino on Gilbert Avenue, Saunders said. Police were unable to identify him and reached out to the public for help by sharing photos of what the man had been wearing. Officers found his clothes nearby.
The man's name has not been released. He remains in critical condition, Saunders said.
Investigators believe the man experienced some kind of "medical episode." There were no signs of assault or drug usage.
