MOUNT HEALTHY, Ohio -- One victim was dead and another suffered serious injuries in a Mount Healthy shooting Sunday afternoon, police said.
Mt. Healthy Police said Elijah P. Johnson, 22, was killed in the shooting and Dominique D. Brooks, 21, is in critical condition at University Hospital.

The shooting occurred outside a convenience store in the 1360 block of Compton Road at about 3 p.m., police said.
The shooting was a targeted attack, police said. Three men were in a car outside the store. One shot the other two.
Officers were searching for the shooter in the surrounding area and a nearby apartment complex.
"We have a guy with a gun running around that obviously isn't scare to use it, and we want to get that person off the street as quickly as we can," Mount Healthy Police Chief Vince Demasi said.
Mt. Healthy PD posted on Facebook saying the wanted suspect is "a black male, age 16-21, last seen wearing a light colored hoodie and light colored pants."
The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office was taking over the investigation.
Police said the men involved were not from the area.
