CINCINNATI -- Deputies arrested a man Wednesday who they said brought heroin into the county jail.
Anthony Moss, 25, brought heroin into the Hamilton County Justice Center and gave it to someone who then overdosed, deputies said in court records.
Deputies found Moss with more than a gram of heroin on him, according to court records.
Moss was charged with possession of drugs, illegal conveyance of drugs onto grounds of a detention facility and corrupting another with drugs.
