CINCINNATI -- The Ray Tensing murder retrial ended in another hung jury Friday, meaning jurors could not reach a unanimous verdict in the case.
Jurors told judge Leslie Ghiz that they were "evenly split." She declared a mistrial around 2:15 p.m.
