CINCINNATI -- Police are looking for the person who beat a dog tied to a pole in Roselawn.
The 5-month-old dog, named Red, ended up with a broken leg. Now, there is also a fundraising effort to help Red, who needs surgery.
Fundraisers said a camera at the Reds Urban Youth Academy caught the beating and the video has been turned over to police.
