CINCINNATI - People escaped a two-alarm fire at a three-story, multi-family building in Avondale Thursday afternoon, fire officials said.
The blaze in the 3500 block of Van Antwerp produced heavy fire and heavy smoke, but there were no injuries, according to District Fire Chief Mark Sanders.
The fire is not suspicious and officials say they have an idea how it started, but they are still investigating.
