German dancers. Lederhosen and dirndls. And a LOT of German bier.
Oktoberfest season kicks off Friday with the Germania Society of Cincinnati’s 46th annual celebration. But that’s just the beginning.
Every weekend through early October, Oktoberfest events will be celebrated across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Most of them follow this fun formula: an overflow of wieners, brats, sauerkraut, strudel and more German food, plus live music, games, rides and raffles.
Need help tracking them all? Here’s our roundup of Oktoberfests to mark on your calendar.
Because, really, you can never eat too much schnitzel.
