CINCINNATI – Police arrested Wednesday one of the men they said were responsible for beating and stealing from a developmentally-delayed woman.
Three men, armed with pistols, kicked in a door and broke into the woman’s Madisonville home Sept. 18, police said. The men tied her up with electrical cord, demanded to know where she had money and pistol-whipped her, police said.
The victim later identified 18-year-old Caleb Willis as one of the men, police said.
Willis was charged with kidnapping and aggravated burglary.
