Donta Williams, also 23, was charged with murder in the death of Derrick Johnson, who was shot and killed in Westwood Saturday morning.
Williams was arraigned Monday and given a $250,000 bond. His lawyer said Williams turned himself in to police after "accidentally shooting his cousin." He is set to appear in court on Feb. 23.
