CINCINNATI -- A Mount Airy shooting left one man dead and his cousin injured, according to court documents.
Mark Washington, 26, and Tyler Lee, 23, went to an apartment building on Shadymist Lane two weeks ago. They threatened to shoot the residents if they didn't get $50 for a television, Cincinnati police wrote in court documents.
Washington attacked a woman and told Lee to fight someone else, the records state.

Someone shot both men. Lee died of his injuries. Washington was treated at University of Cincinnati Medical Center and released.
At the scene that night, Homicide Unit investigators questioned a man in his 60s, but they didn't charge him.
In court Saturday morning, defense attorney William Gallagher identified Lee as Washington's cousin.
