Founded in 2007, 4EG’s locations include Mt. Adams Pavilion, Lachey’s, The Sandbar, Keystone Bar & Grill (in Covington, Hyde Park and Clifton), Low Spark, The Righteous Room, The Lackman, Igby's and The St. Clair.

“4EG operates some of Greater Cincinnati’s most popular and hip entertainment venues, and we’re excited to bring that same energy and excitement to the riverfront,” said Laura Griffin, an associate with Nicol Investment, owner of the Phase I development at The Banks. "4EG’s reputation for friendly service, great drinks, and superior music and décor will be a terrific draw.”
“We are looking forward to developing a thoroughly unique attraction for the city of Cincinnati,” said Bob Deck, managing partner of 4EG.
Earlier this month, The Banks announced lease agreements with drinkware retailer Tervis and gourmet burger restaurant BurgerFi in Phase I. In December, Taste of Belgium was signed as the first retail tenant in Phase II.
