CINCINNATI -- The creative genius of local, regional and international artists will light up the Queen City during BLINK, a light and art festival set to take place Thursday through Sunday.
The festival includes 27 art installations across 20 blocks that stretch from the Banks to Findlay Market. Those installations also will help connect 21 light projections, six stages of live entertainment and multiple building murals.
